I served as the overall staff advisor to the development of the Daniel Webster Council’s 2014-2018 strategic plan. I recruited a leadership team of two co-chairs and five focus area chairs to build a committee of more than 50 volunteers. I left New Hampshire to join the staff of the Cradle of Liberty Council before the plan was finalized.
I have also played an active role in the development of the Cradle of Liberty Council’s most recent strategic plan. I regularly work with the council membership chair to update the executive board on the progress of strategic initiatives related to membership growth.
